comp in may
I have read some articles on doing competitions and pre- comp dieting and training. Although it seems as if there are so many dif. opinions. The is a competition in Plattsburgh, NY on may 6th, USBF Battle of the Burgh. This is an all natural competition, I am 20 yrs old 6'4 215lbs about 10-13% BF all natural(i plan to post pics soon), and was wondering how i should go about getting (point me in the direction of a good thread) and if i am even a big enough to compete? I feel as though on stage i would just seem tall and lanky compared to the shorter competitors. So once again any sort of info would be helpful. Thanx guys

Well at 215 right now if you were to get down to competition leve (3-4%) you would be on stage at around 180-190lbs. At 6'4" you would need to pack on some more mass most definitely. However, competing natural you still can go up there and do some damage, the thing is, you have to realize that you need to dedicate alot of time and effort in your off season to putting on as much muscle as possible. At your height you will see guys 20 to 30 lbs heavier on stage even in a natty show. my advice would be to seek the help of a qualified trainer in your area. Specifically someone who has been in the business for a long time and has judged and competed in shows.
