normally, a cup of oats with a scoop of 'whey n' egg' in it, and a whey shake thats got like 42g of protien

50 g whey isolate, 1 banana, 1 apple, 2-4 wheat waffles or oatmeal... 1.5 hrs later i eat a wheat bagel an orange some veggies and a mhp Mass protein bar
