    **** BDTR how are you not like 20%bf with that kind of diet? I know you are on alot of gear but thats alot of unhealthy food!

    I...would as well take this challenge. Haven't found any meal served that i couldn't destroy in a reasonable amount of time...

    That said i'm somewhat cutting right now, well just trying to lean out a few pounds while "on".

    breakfast is:
    1 cup oats with 1 tbsp honey
    2 scoops atw blend
    carton of egg substitute(~25g protein)

    Good....we'll go together...last one to finish buys....I'll have a couple of diet cokes as well.

    normally, a cup of oats with a scoop of 'whey n' egg' in it, and a whey shake thats got like 42g of protien

    50 g whey isolate, 1 banana, 1 apple, 2-4 wheat waffles or oatmeal... 1.5 hrs later i eat a wheat bagel an orange some veggies and a mhp Mass protein bar
