cutting problem!!! need quick help
ok bros the cutting sticky has worked great, but after about 8 weeks i have peaked and i have 2 weeks to go!!!
i noticed for the first time this weekend that i am losing a bit of size on my arms and it is driving me crazy.. should i carb load or something to make my bellies fill back out. i am pretty good as far body fat goes, i could lose maybe a little more around lower abs but thats it. i just don't want to lose any more size

increase frequency of mills and use lower gi' carbs

yea i think i may jump up to 7 meals a day since i started using ECA stack today. but the only carbs i use are oats and brown rice and obviously dex. I might start to replace brown rice wit yams

meal 1/ pro/carb 1/2 cup oats
meal 2/ pro/fat
meal 3/ pro/fat
meal 4/ pwo /80g dex 40 g whey
meal 5/ pro/ carb 1/2 cup oats
meal 6/ pro fat

1.pro/carb i eat 10 egg whites w/ 2 slices of turkey breast and 1/2 cup of oats
2.pro/fat 1 i eat either can of tuna w/ 3 slices of turkey breast and tablespoon of mayo and1/2 tablespoon of olive oil or 2 scoops whey and 1/4 cup of almonds
3. pro/fat lean beef with either flax or almonds with romaine lettuce
4. pwo 40 gram isopure and 80 gram dex
5. ppwo chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey breast and 1/2 cup of brown rice with green beans
6. 1 scoop isopure 1 xcoop casein and 1 tbsp flax oil/ or 2 tbsp npb

first meal is not 74 grams of protein its more like 50

my bad i always have 5gPro egg whites and the turkey slices i see are about 8-12g per slice so it seemed like 70gPro to me
anyways do morning cardio ~60%MHR for about an hour in morning prior to breakfast then 20min later eat a Fat/Pro break to maintain lipolisys that will break the platue
