M.R.E.'s
I have been struggling for a while, giving my present work enviroment to maintain a good diet. Getting enough Cals protien and carbs has really been a pain in the butt.
However, I got me a bunch of MRE's, if you dont know what they are, they are Meals Ready to Eat.....The Army Lunch box........
The food is good, plus its packed with everything you need. They are designed to give soldiers enough streanth and energy to perform under gruling sircumstances, the army says, one MRE a day is sufficiant.
and they are not far off, i was in the army and sometimes only got one a day! but for guys who are like me 'ectomorphic", they are great. each meal has like 2000 cals, plus all the carbs and protien one needs......
say you cant gain weight? try 4 of these meals a day, along with other supliment meals....I.E. shakes and what not......see if you dont grow!
You can buy them at army navy stores, or if you have a buddy in the military, tell them to get ya a few boxes!
By the way, Im not a dietition, just my oppinon

Each meal has 2000 calories.
All we need to know right there.

They would be quite handy for those of us that have a busy work schedule. I could have 1 for brunch and 1 for lunch followed by all my shakes and evening meal. That would give me like 7000 calories per day in theroy.

I'm sorry but MRE taste terrible. Some are better than others, but some are painful to eat. thank god they put that tobbasco in there or there would be no hope for them at all.
