microwavable thing s while on a cutting diet ?
are there such myths, or am i stuck with my forman grill and all this chicken?? please help me with such a problem i have plenty of time but just don't like to cook ... help is wanted

would love to help - but u gotta tell us what you want to make! is it protein, carbs, meats, veges, starches etc. tell us what type of food u wanna make and lets see what we can whip up

cutting, ...high protein, low card, and all my fat from flax, or other good souces

Grill all your food at night and heat up in mirco wave then it's time to eat. Only way to go otherwise you start missing meals etc...
