New Quaker Oatmeal Weight Control
What do you guys think of this new product to substitute for regular oats - Quaker Oatmeal Weight Control. It has 7 grams of protein, 6 grams of fibre and 1 gram of sugar. I am just SO SICK of fukin plain oats and this one comes in two flavours cinnamon and banana bread. This is the label for the banana bread, let me know if you think this is full of too much crap for dieting.
INGREDIENTS: WHOLE GRAIN ROLLED OATS, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, MALTODEXTRIN, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, SALT, OAT FLOUR, CALCIUM CARBONATE, GUAR GUM, CARAMEL COLOR, SOY LECITHIN, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, SUCRALOSE, NIACINAMIDE*, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, REDUCED IRON, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE*, RIBOFLAVIN*, THIAMIN MONONITRATE*, FOLIC ACID*.

I throw a bit of Brown Sugar and milk in my oats and it makes them so much better. Just adjust the amount of the oats you are using.

egg whites and falvoured whey is all i need to make them taste good for me

What is it you don't like about the regular oats SK? I add cinnamon and splenda to mine and it tastes such a treat!

the folks at cyto sport put out a muscle milk n' oats a few months ago, similar to that. But flavored whey usually does it for me. I also like the strawberries and creme low sugar quaker oats with strawberry whey... yummy.

Cinnamon weight control oatmeal is the bomb! and it basically has the same nutritional facts as old fashion oats.

im starving just thinking about all these carbs. I think im going to the grocery store right now so I have some sugar free syrup. I just eat everything plain. Yuk
