feel bad about 2 cheat meals
My progress seemed to really slow this week. Today I had 2 gorditas from taco bell. I also had a few rolls from red lobster (like 5) at dinner. Maybe that will help out..I am thinking about doing cardio twice a day on nonworkout days from now on. My diet has remained the same..Im not sure what is wrong. Any ideas, suggestions?
