Need 10 Week dirty BULKING - High Calorie High Protein diet
I need a 10 week high calorie high protein diet for my next cycle, i am naturally an ectomorph and can easily loose weight and i have a fast matabolism...My diet is now on track i eat clean and healthy but my next cycle i would like to try all out dirty bulking
My next cycle will be Dbol Test E and Deca ...I dont mind gaining a few extra LBS of fat this cycle as i just want as much weight as possible, any excess fat i gain whilst on will be sorted with cardio, Clen in PCT and a strickt clean diet once im off the juice...
Could someone please devise me a 7 day diet including alot of meat, and even junk food if it will be helpfull in bumping up my weight...
I am 185 Lbs by the way...and this will be my 3rd cycle...Its took me a while to get to this weight, i would really like to hit 200 this cycle if poss but as allready mentioned i am a kind ov hard gainer...

First off... no one is going to make a diet for you...
Secondly, if it's dirty bulking and you are as hard of a gainer as you make it sound, then just eat everything...
Literally, EVERYTHING...

over the course of the day:
6 decent sized cinnamon buns with tons of icing
4 donuts
a whole tub of icecream
5 yogurt granola bars
4 nurtigrain bars
a supersized doritos bag
some pringles
huge plate of chilli
a plate of perogies
2 LARGE cookies from safeway
many smaller cookies (chewy chocolate chip, oatmeal, orange chocolate)
made myself a milkshake consisting of ice cream cocoa powder and bananas
finished the night off with a couple more cookies and 2 more cinnamon buns right before i went to bed.

meal 1- 5 whole scrabled eggs, 2 servings oats or grits, 1 Lifesavers creamsavers yogurt, 1 scoop whey protein
meal 2- 1 can of tuna in oil, 3 or 4 slices of pizza
meal 3- 2 fried chicken breasts, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes
Pre workout meal 4- grilled chicken breast w/ condiment of your choice, 1/2 box of Liptons Asian sides Teryaki rice
Train
PWO meal 5- whey shake w/ dextrose
meal 6- 1 Wendy's cheddar and bacon baked potato w/ a mandarin chicken salad and a grilled chicken sandwich w/ a diet coke
Try to keep the water intake still at a gallon-gal and half throughout day. It5'll be harder to b/ your body will have more sodium in it and want to hold more water, but force yourself to. Cut your training to eod and focus mostly on compound moves. Sit back and watch the size come on bro. Just know when to flip the switch and clean it up come shred time and you'll be rocking
