A lil help losing some fat

I need a little help on cutting... i read the cutting sticky but 2000 calories is way to low for me i think... First off i'm 6'1 260. I have been taking in about 4500-5000 calores a day for a long time like a year and a half. How many calories do yall think i should get for cutting? I don't no what bf% i am but when i was around 215 for wrestling last year i had a six pack goin so if that gives you a better idea. I weighed 240 to start the season off also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, since you've been maintaining your weight (i assume) on 4500-5000 cals for a period of time. start by reducing that number by 500-1000 cals.

Powerlifters are usually carrying a bit more weight so what is your goal pal ... we'll start there..

You will have to give up something if your goals contradict each other..

well my main goal is stength, followed by size and mass, then being cut

I just wanted to cut off a little bodyfat with minimal strength loss.

So gradually cutting down on calories would probbly be best

look at the workout forum stickies, and look at the article by Pinnacle, it's called various workout techniques i think...
now i know you are a power lifter, and you have experience but maybe training with a high intensity program for a few weeks would help out?
    just my $.02
