i wouldnt trust pre packaged, preservative rich "foods" made by a heavily marketed gimmick. but hey, if you would...then go for it!

Thanks steve! Im still at it...although, i have had a rough couple weeks and consumed an abundance of alcohol

but i havent gone totally off the wagon...workout or diet wise. i got a little lazy with the log and kind of forgot about it. woops! hopefully, i'll update it soon. thanks for reading though!

I tried it after I had my baby and did lose weight but not anymore had I just ate clean. It is very expensive and not worth it imo. The food is processed, dry and tastes bland. Again, this is just my opinion.

It depends on if you are ordering for a man or woman, what program you want etc. From what I remember it is anywhere from 275 to 340 per month plus shipping. You also have to add your own dairy, veggies, fruits etc.
