200g protein? Thats it? I would shoot for 400+ bulking on gear for sure.

i find that i do well with a clean diet even bulking with about 3150 cals...doesnt sound like a lot to many here, but i put on 16 lbs in 3 months (used superdrol during) and kept it all on thus far. i think clean bulking is the way to go, especially if you have issues with fat gain.

Thats what it's all about bro, I like keeping abs year round...do I always have a super 6-pack...nope, but I always at least keep my stomach flat and well defined while slowly adding quality mass. It definitely worked better for me this year.

that's easactly how i am. my abs arent cut out nearly as well as right after a cut. but i'm always defined and it still looks good even on my bulkers.

Yep! For lbm that's right, at least between 300-400gms with EFAs.

But eventually it comes down to your title "caloric intake" is what makes the difference. 3500 cals less a week (500 a day) and you lose a pound and vice versa.
