i am almost through my cycle and i am pretty happy with my gains. i am curently 185lbs and 8% body fat and 6'0. right now i am eating pretty healthy, and really watchiing my diet.my question is, if i cut out the sodium in my diet, for like 15 days(being that i am goin on vaction in about 15 days n want to look ripped up) is it goin to make a difference in that time period. i have heard that when u cut out sodium, u willl become more vieiny.. and ripped up.. i am dieting pretty hardcore at the same time.im pretty ripped up now, but would like to get more ripped, so do u think this will help in this time frame???... thanks
