Tracking/counting food calories, protein, carbs and fat
I noticed that a lot of ppl are able to spout out food characteristics such as calories, protein, carbs and fat. Furthermore, they have totals calculated for the day. I was wondering what tools are being used to obtain these numbers, ie books or computer programs, and what members of the forum would suggest.
I have looked at several Computer type programs, one that looked nice was Crosstrainer. As you type in the food that you eat it, it will give you totals for the day. I'm curious if anyone has used this, and if it is worth the cost.
Regards
