    Question Post Cardio Nutrition?????

    If doing the morning fast cardio, what is the best type of meal for directly after doing cardio??

    Doesn't really matter in terms of fat loss. Your diet will determine what meal you eat.

    exactly i follow in order since morning cardio on empty tank works best for me then i will do that then follow with meal 1

    Maybe I need to re-phrase the question. I guess I am wondering more about the breakdown of Protein/ carb/ fat ratio for that first meal after cardio?? shoudl it be more Protein like a 60-20-20 split or more carbs?? THANKS for the input

    Like I said, it depends on your diet, regardless if you did cardio or not. Start another thread and post your diet for critiqueing.

    You are right 1buff. Sorry... I am still in the planning stages of the diet and cycle so I am not sure what diet will be yet. I am plannign a 12-14 week cycle of Test and Tren finishing with Winny or Var... wanting to bulk a litle then harden and get cut. Still working out the details. So I was just curious. THANKS for the input

    hmmm... Still in planning stages of the diet? Well what you are eating right now? lol

    You should be on a "diet" year around as it should be part of the lifestyle you live/portray, otherwise you're just another chump that cleans up the diet and hits the gym hard when they are cycling.

    THANKS IB, Check out my pics in the members pics forum.....I am on "A" diet most of the year....I DO however try to change it up or dial it in per each cycle. Different eating for bulking cycle as opposed to a cutting cycle and everything in between.... Just trying to fine tune it before I start on another cycle....Thanks for the input
