girlfriends diet
My girl wants to go on a diet. Shes 5'4 155 lbs. Shes going to do 45 mins of cardio 4 times a week. She works at lowes, so shes on her feet as opposed to sitting behind a desk. Shes trying to keep her calories to about 800 a day. Shes been getting used to the counter on fit day.com. She is wondering about the ratio of protien carbs and fats per day.I've got her getting her carbs in mostly throughout the day. We just need some help with those ratio's.... Thanks guys... mds

i dont think thats enough cals for 155 lb human unless its a keto diet

Ditto. Not nearly enough cals. You're gonna shut off her metabolism with that little.

shes not eating enough.
Lifestyle changes are needed.
She will lose wieght, but as soon as she gets down she will gain it all again once she changes her eating habits back.
Think lifestyle changes, not temporary diet changes.

thanks for the input guys. I'm on a bulking diet, so i eat everthing, its hard forme to figure out exactly waht she needs. Will keep working on it and let you know how it goes.... mds

Ok 800 cals is to damn low to start with thats just insane, if your looking for a meal layout just do a search there are plenty of diets on this board posted by female members, also a woman needs at least 30 g's of fat a day or there hair will start to fall out, so remember that when dieting,.
