    Strict cutting diet w/out cardio?

Hey guys, was wondering what kind of fat loss can occur while on a good cutting diet without the cardio sessions. Will enough calories be burned during killer weight training work outs to leave the fat loss to just diet? It seems like you dont need the cardio, if you arent in a rush that is. Won't you still lose body fat just takes longer?

I don't know why you'd ever want to attempt it. It just means you'll be dieting longer and placing LBM at more risk. Some can achieve results without much/any cardio, but it doesn't apply to the majority.

Any time you can encourage your body to let go of fat only, and do so at an accelerated pace, all the better.

To answer your ?, yes u can diet w/out cardio and lose weight. How much of it will be all fat, and how long that process is going to take are variables that cannot be defined.

I don't know about you, but I don't find cutting to be very enjoyable. The sooner I can get where I need to be in terms of bf%, the better. I'll add as much cardio as I can to speed up the process without becoming detrimental to muscle.

This question always reminds me of David Henry. Lucky SOB

Makes sense..I have trouble getting up at 5am to do cardio before work. The next best time would be after I train. I will probably take that route then. Thanks guys
