You've read the cutting sticky? You didn't absorb a shread of the material in it, bro. Read it again, search for some cutting diets that have been posted in the past.

You're cutting diet needs lots of work and nobody will help you all that much if you havent read and UNDERSTOOD the sticky.

Sorry but I Am thinking that I am following it to my best knowdge, this is why I would like to know Where I am making a mistake. The only thing I can see is that I should not have carbs In my preworkout and I should have them after workout to replenish. But I have to remember That I have to loose lots of fat so I might have to fine tune this no?

So you are wanting to ADD carbs to lose fat?

I echo what the others said about re-examining the sample plans laid out here.

I wouldn't be consuming bread if I was doing a strict cutting diet (if your at 30%, you should be doing a STRICT cut). I also wouldn't be combining bread with peanut butter. I would say follow the cutting diet EXACTLY and you won't go wrong

    OK
So If I compare with the sticky
I should only have Carbs on
    Meal 1 (oatmeal)
    Meal 4: PWO Nutrition
Meal 5: 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal

    Is this correct!!!

Yes thats what the cutting sticky says. But I recommend you eat some carbs before your workout on cardio days so that you have more energy to get through your lifting session.

    Ok
I am going to try this for a few weeks and see how it goes!!
What I have noticed is that the cutting Sticky has no Portion breakdown meaning Amout of carbs and protein like the other Sticky have
