    Talking How my diet sounds?!

    currently on 1000 mg/week Test E and 750 mg/week Deca , 225 lbs, 6", BF about !3%.

    meal 1
    10 Egg whites
    1.5 cup oats
    40 g whey

    meal 2
    6 oz chicken breast, broiled
    1.5 cup brown rice
    small salad

    meal 3
    2 super lean beef patties (burger) only 4.5% fat.
    2 oz gouda cheese
    4 slice whole wheat bread
    vegies

    meal 4
    1 can tuna
    1 scoop whey
    peanuts

    workout

    post workout
    20 oz Gatorade or some Dex.
    2 scoops whey
    1 cup oats

    meal 6
    5 oz turkey breast
    s slice wheat bread
    1 oz gouda cheese
    vegies

    meal 7

    10 egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 scoop whey


    BED TIME

    4:30 am
    2 scoops whey+ Casein
    1 cup oats


    any mods, highly appreciated

    are you cutting???...Bulking???that would help brother...im guessing bulking...and alot of people will tell you that you have to many shakes, but imo it does not matter...diet looks ok, except you need more efa's, and id add them in the meal you wake up for instead of the oats, Ie: some flax, or natty pb, and id add them at another meal as well.jmo...good luck bro

    1.5 cup oats i would go with 3/4 cuop quick oats

    i bolded the thing i think i would change, these are just some ideas...basically i think you are using to many shakes and i would try fro real food if you can, and brown rice is not the best low gi complex carb choice, sweet potatoes are prefered...

    i would aslo switch the chees with a efa like 1 tbsp flax oil, but being on a bulker then its ok, dairy i find thickens my skin and i appear less vascular...

    40 g whey food is better and ur not THAT BIG remove this add 2-4 jumbo eggs .. that means the YOLK TOO!

    2 oz gouda cheese sounds nasty
    4 slice whole wheat bread stone ground whole wheat bread is only bread i would touch
    vegies

    meal 4
    1 can tuna
    1 scoop whey remove this add eggs and eggwhites instead of shake
    peanuts replace w/ fruit such as apple or grapefruit

    workout

    post workout (what ever u want here but i like .25g whey per lb of LBM and an = or less amount of dex and i would drop the oats)
    20 oz Gatorade or some Dex.
    2 scoops whey
    1 cup oats

    meal 6
    5 oz turkey breast make it atleast 6-8oz of meat
    s slice wheat bread HERE u need yams or whole wheat pasta or like
    1 oz gouda cheese yuck drop it if u want
    vegies

    meal 7

    10 egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 scoop whey Once again shakes are kinda lame food is a BAGILLION TIMES more effective so i would use something like complete eggs or small portion of salmon or lamb chops!


    BED TIME

    4:30 am
    2 scoops whey+ Casein REAL FOOD BEFORE BED, here i would normally eat something like Orange ruggy (its a fish) some lima beans or lentils and usually broccoli or green beans
    1 cup oats dont need it ur going to bed not to work out

    actually i thikn dairy bring about a food allergy reaction mostly to lactose IMO which causes u to bloat quite possibly reducing vascularity .. just a thought but i might be onto something

    in middle of night u just need protein IMO
    i would do something like soy or casein based
