I messed up my cardio workout.

Many seem to advocate the morning cardio. I recently started implementing this. I had a problem today though. I forgot to bring a shake to the gym with me. My God, I felt hypo. There was no way I could make it home and fix my self something, so I felt. I caved. There was a Jack in the Box near my gym and I decided on a little different kind of shake, an Oreo shake. On top of that I decided to have a coulple of those one dollar breaded chicken sandwiches. That was some good stuff for the four and a half minutes it took me to consume.

Somebody help me justify what I did. Tell me I didn't waste my time getting up at the crack of dawn to do cardio. Oreo shakes can promote leanness somehow, right?

    This sucks.

Just don't do it again. You feel guilty, you don't like it and you obviously don't want to feel guilty again. There is no justification, just don't do it. Man up!

    Uhhhh, yeah................

As one who assists 100's, I have to disagree here and say that it's a very valuable tool in pure fat loss.

To each how own however, I know what works for myself and those I assist and that's all that matters.
