    It's very easy to criticize someone when you have no pictures anywhere for them to respond about.. plus there is just no need.

    Thanks guys well i hear what your saying whatever i need to add to my diet i'll do it I bought a work out pass been getting my ass up every morning at 6am just to do my am cardio went and bought a bunch of cans of chicken breast and tuna. before i would just do 3 gaint meals drink beer eat a bunch tell. a other bad habit that happened was i wouldn't be hungry but eat fast food anyway but Dr's said i'm good to start working out agian and it's time to get busy

    i was just being honest when i said he was in bad shape. i just really dont like people that dotn try and think they can just inject themselves with steroids and they will be skinny and buff. Also it bothers me when people do not read sticies etc. If people read them these questions would not be asked. i didnt know saying something like that was a big deal.

    2nd I'm pretty sure he said nothing about steroids as magic drugs.

    3rd Stickies(that's how it's spelled btw.) are a starting guide, you post you're diet after or any additional questions for advice and help.

    I'm kinda guilty cause I thought the "you're gut is hot" comment was funny(sorry SS ) but it's inappropriate.

    whats the big deal with me making a joke i just thought somebody would laugh. we are all grown men here if you cant take a little joke then you need some help. You can tell me im fat im not going to cry about it. it was a harmless joke that people took way to seriously. oh sorry i didnt type the k in stickies you should all call me stupid for it cause then i will feel bad and my feeling will be crushed. then we can call it even and get on with our lives.

    Surf stud, here's an example of the diet I'm doing right now to lean up for a contest, follow something similar and I guarantee you will lose BF as well.

    Cutting Diet

    9:00am – 8eggwhites + 1scp V60 (protein blend) + 1cup oats
    Prot(50), Carbs(55), Fat(5)

    11:30am – 8oz Lean Steak + ½ Yam + 1cup Veg
    Prot(50), Carbs(35), Fat(5)

    1:30pm – 8oz Chicken breast + 1cup oats
    Prot(50), Carbs(60), Fat(5)

    4:30pm – 6oz Lean Steak, chicken or Turkey + ½ Yam + 1 cup Veg
    Prot(40), Carbs(35), Fat(5)

    7:00pm – 12egg whites + 1cup oats + ½ cup fatfree cottage cheese (blended to make pancakes) Sugar free syrup and spray butter used for dressings.
    Prot(60), Carbs(60), Fat(5)

    10:00pm – 6oz Steak + 6oz Chicken + 1cup Veg
    Prot(70), Carbs(5), Fat(10)

    12:30am – 6-8oz Salmon + 1 ½ cup Veg
    Prot(50), Carbs(5), Fat(10)

    Total Macros
    Prot - 375
    Carb - 250
    Fat – 45
    Calories = approx 2900.

    Adjust carbs as needed to play with calorie intake, normally I use 200carbs/day.

    I'm the opposite when people are mean to me it makes me wanna change it gives me motivation. about 7 months ago i was 20+ bf maybe more. I weighed 215 and had no muscle. I was a depressive drunk drug addict. mostly to do with my manipulative bitch girlfriend at the time. Then i got clean and started working out and since then i have changed dramatically. So for the guy who posted this dont let anything get in your way of reaching your goals. nothing is impossible. Determanation is all you need. I want to still post my pic later and i want you guys to rip me apart . It will give me inspiration to get even better. get in shape is totally worth it. i never had any confidence till i started working otu and now its through the roof.

    If I were in charge of AR, I would for his negative feedback not in just this thread but several threads.

    Tinyguy...chill out man; maybe the guy is new and didn't happen to see the cutting sticky at the top of the page. The last thing you should be doing is criticizing others for their looks; rather, help them out so they know what they need to fix!

    Refer to my posts and my thread on dieting but make proper changes and possibly seperate carbs/fat because your metabolism differs from mine.

    Meal 4: PWO Pro/carb
    3:45 p.m.
    1 ˝ cups oats + 2 scoops whey + 200mg chromium + 100mg b-complex

    Each 1/2 cup oats contains 27carbs, your math is off.
    Try 1cup oats + 2scoops whey plus extras.
    Prot (50) / Carbs (55) / Fat (5) = calories/460


    Meal 5: Pro/fat
    6:00 p.m.
    6oz chicken breast + 2 tsp flax + muli V I'd go with a Prot/Carb meal again, last one for the day
    [ (274 cal) + (0 carbs) + (28g fat) + (7 pro) ]
    Try 6oz chicken + 100g B.Rice (approx 30carbs)
    Prot (40) + Carbs (30) + Fat (0) = calories/280


    Meal 6: Pro/fat Try whole food here, drop the supplements except for PWO only8:00 p.m.
    2 scoops whey + 1000mg Vit C
    [ (23 cal) + (1 carbs) + (1g fat) + (2 pro) ]
    Easy meal, 8oz salmon + 1 cup veggies
    prot (40) + Carbs (5) + Fat (12) = calories/290


    Meal 7: Pro/fat
    10:00 p.m. This is ok, add some veggies to help slow protein absorbtion, 1cup should be good also drop flax to 1serving.. too much fat here.
    1 can tuna + 3 egg whites + 2 tsp flax
    [ (642 cal) + (1 carbs) + (43g fat) + (60 pro) ]
    I couldn't figure out just the white on the eggs Approx 3g protein/eggwhite I believe, buy them in liquid form.. egg beats, easy to measure
    [ (1856 cal) + (75 carbs) + (142 fat) +(137 Pro) ]= Total
    [ (2360 cal) + (145carbs) + (60 fat) +(310 Pro) ]= Total My calculations
    Here's my suggestions.. I think it'll be much better for you to lose weight and hold LBM.. I'd either do Morning cardio before the first meal.. 30-45mins or do it in the evening at 11pm and push your 10pm meal back until cardio is complete, PWO is always an option as well. JMO.

    surf, whats going on man. i guess those guys trying to flame you don't know you verey well and assume you sat on your ass for no reason. f*ck them. now your protein macros in what you have posted is too low, HOWEVER it is just calculated wrong. i have it around 285g. but that is still low. and you have way too much whey in there. can you take in say 2cans of tuna in the place of some of that whey? whole foods are going to make you feel fuller longer and why is absorbed so fast it would be a longer protein balance with the whole foods. meal 5 drop the fat and add some form of a lowGI carb in there. your fat is too high IMO. and PPWO should almost always be a pro/carb meal, especially when you have time for a pro/fat meal before bed. that will help you balance some carbs and fats out. why not drop teh fat in meal one as well and have like 3-4oz of sweet potato in its place. there are a few things i noticed off hand. good luck and i admire your strength to get back into the game. you'll do fine. -nOva
