    Gym twice in one day, how many PWO shakes?

    I didn't go to the gym yesterday and now have to do two workouts today, I will be going right after work and again later in the evening. Should I be having a PWO shake after each session, I usually have two scoops of whey with 80g of dexstrose for PWO.

    Just go once. Your body needs rest between weight lifting sessions.

    yes you should have two pwo shakes.

    BUT if you miss a workout its no use to try to "catch up" by doing 2 workouts in the same day. Missing a workout makes no difference at all in the long run so dont sweat it and just continue as usual.

    its possible. if u are going to go twice go morning and night. and yes 2 PWO shakes. but catch up on an off day or something. i wouldnt go twice in say a 6 hour period.

    since its a one time thing it will do neither good or bad. But if you make a habit out of it it can do more harm than good.

    Id say dont sweat the missed workout. Just go ahead as usualy with the routine your next training day.
