Gym twice in one day, how many PWO shakes?
I didn't go to the gym yesterday and now have to do two workouts today, I will be going right after work and again later in the evening. Should I be having a PWO shake after each session, I usually have two scoops of whey with 80g of dexstrose for PWO.

Just go once. Your body needs rest between weight lifting sessions.

BUT if you miss a workout its no use to try to "catch up" by doing 2 workouts in the same day. Missing a workout makes no difference at all in the long run so dont sweat it and just continue as usual.

If I do go twice will I be doing more harm than good?

its possible. if u are going to go twice go morning and night. and yes 2 PWO shakes. but catch up on an off day or something. i wouldnt go twice in say a 6 hour period.
