    Empty Stomach

    How long after eating is it considered an empty stomach???

    depends how much you eat but i would say somewhere between 2.5-3 hours after your last meal.

    diffrent for evry person, like if i eat a steak for meal 5 then i can go damn near 4 hrs before i have my bed time meal.
