I'd look over other approaches here that have been critiqued as well as the cutting sticky atop the page for a good general guide.

as a general rule for cutting id implement the following:
1) ditch the simple sugars except for PWO of course, stick to whole grains, sweet/baked potatos.....IE: get rid of the yogurt and the banana.
2)your first meal has protein, fat and carbs.....that is a generally accepted "no no". do not mix fats and carbs in the same meal......its bad news for wright loss......
those are jsut 2 observations that can help you out bro. and as swole suggested check out the cutting sticky, it works wonders!!!

If it were me I'd ditch the yogurt, ww bread and limit your protein shakes to PWO.
