Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salads
I was told that they were good for a cutting diet.
Then, 2 days ago, on the otherhand, I was told that the ceasar dressing is really fattening. Can someone clear this up for me? Thanks.

Most salad dressing is fattening but it can fit into your macros EASILY. I eat one once in a while for a pro/fat meal just make sure you measure out your dressing according to your needs.
