    cutting diet

    hey i jst wanted to ask tht durin cutting diet can u have peanut butter and wht type of tuna should be eaten a water based or an oil one during cutting
    pls help thnx

    List out your stats, goals and current diet for better help.

    But, in most cases if your eating it at the right time NATURTAL PB will be fine in a pro/fat meal. Water based tuna should be your first choice IMO also.

    i am 5 "11 174 n i am lukin to get an leaner physique.
    current diet
    breakfast-oatmeal with 6 egg whites and a protein shake
    lunch-2 chicken breast with veggies
    workout
    pwo-jst protein shake n a sandwich turkey breast mst probably
    dinner-2 chicken breast with veggies

    any better diet plz suggest

    natural peanut butter is fine while you're cutting. It tastes great and is a great source of good fats. If you are concerned about sodium, there are many brands on natural pb that contain no sodium.

    As for the tuna, I always hit up the water variety. Mix it with some flax oil or some full fat mayo and you've got yourself a perfect protein/fat meal.

    By the by, I would starve to death only eating that much throughout the day. There have been a number of diets posted like this recently. In the cutting sticky you should utlize the harris benedict formula to figure out the proper amount of kcals you should be consuming for a proper cut. For example, when I was at 6'2 and 195 lbs I cut eating over 3000 cals a day spread over 6 meals excluding my PWO shake.
