    Diet with clen adding pounds...

Its been about a week since Ive started clen with my new diet, and Ive put on 6 pounds...not sure wtf the deal is,

1st meal, Protein shake, multivitamin, taurine supplements

    2nd meal, can of tuna

3rd meal, grilled chicken, protein shake

    4th meal, can of tuna

5th meal, grilled chicken, carrots or some random veggies

cardio for 30-45min at night then protein shake, I also do 80 push ups everyday, and do dips and curls on alternating days.

at bed time I take some potassium supplements. I know my diet isnt the best but Im getting like 200g protein and minimal fat, calories range from 1700-2000. So yeah, I would of thought that the clen would help me atleast lose 1 pound in a week not gain 6....

    Any advice would be helpful.

On a side note, this is the second time ive used clen, the first time I had a real shitty diet, i ate what ever when ever and I lost like 8 pounds in 2 weeks. So Im stumped on why a better diet would just pack on pounds.

    Thanks in advance

You need some good fats in your diet. Add some Flax oil, fish oil, coconut oil. I would also add at least one pro carb meal. I would do cardio on empty stomach in the morn then wait 30 mins and eat the pro/carb meal. add a little good fat to the rest of your meals.

You must still be taking in more callories than you are burning. Try cutting out the protien shakes. Do cardio on an empty stomach when you first get up, and after your cardio have a high protien breakfast with a shake.

The extra 2 shakes you are taking in are not really serving a pourpose imo.

    Seems like not many calories.

How much do you weigh ? What's your BF %

Can you give us weights of tuna/chicken etc in your meails ?

Also - calories carb/fat/protein breakdown of your shakes.

Do you put milk in the shakes ? If so - how much, full fat, no fat etc...

Do that & I'll post up a calorie count & nutrient breakdown.

    Cheers

    Pedro
