Quick question on transition from bulking to cutting
Just wondering how you guys handled your carb intake when transitioning from a bulking phase to a cutting phase. Do you gradually taper down your carbs, or cut them all at once? I would assume that since the body strives to acheive homeostasis, it would be better to gradually cut them down, but just wanted to get some opinions on it.
