Ummm lots of tuna? Go and buy mass amounts of Chicken breasts at Sam's Club/Costco....you can get things cheap...also, even though real food is better a cheap meal replacement would be a whey shake....there are options...Eggs? Dirt cheap.

    1. Egg Whites
    2. Tuna
    3. Tuna
    4. Whey PWO
    5. Chicken
    6. Cottage Cheese

That'd be fairly cheap. Or even get rid of the #2 Tuna and use a whey shake. I don't know what you're working with here, so it's hard to tell.

sugar free oat meal at walmart = less than $2 a box.
    Eggs
    cottage cheese
The key is to cut back on going out to eat, drinking (if you do), going out at night and weekends, and so forth and focus on training and food. You can also cut back on supplements if using any and put the money toward whole foods.

Thats the only downside to bulking

If your a college student, hit up the caf and eat cottage cheese, salad, meat etc. for a few meals....even take some to go.
    Like the other said:
Tuna (buy in bulk) lasts a while
    chicken
    beef
    cottage cheese
    cheese
    eggs

    tuna
    soy beans
    whey
    pork
    eggs

Those things are all good protein sources and usualy cheap. For me cutting is always a lot more expensive because lean meat is twice as expensive as fatty meat :/

I never understand why people don't try to construct a diet for themselves but always ask other people to do it for them. It's your body so you should be educating yourself and making your own.
