    Sorry I am 2 weeks out from my first show and my diet is making me moody as hell. Its all good though, I really am a cool cat.

    Quaker Oats with Whey Protein and Sweet-n Low...

    I'm not on the splenda train. Tried it and it gives me an upset stomach so I avoid it. I figure now Sweet-n Low is off the cancer causing agents list... Splenda is just too new, it will be there in a few years. After all doesnt everything eventually make that list?

    Thanks for the compliment bro!, as far as oats go, I think steel cut oats are the way to go. They have slightly lower GI index and have a better texture IMO. I add cinnamon and splenda and it tastes so good. Only downside is they take alot longer to cook.

    That and the price. Steel cut is a little more pricey. I'm too cheap.

    Generic quick oats for me.
