Quaker Oats with Whey Protein and Sweet-n Low...
I'm not on the splenda train. Tried it and it gives me an upset stomach so I avoid it. I figure now Sweet-n Low is off the cancer causing agents list... Splenda is just too new, it will be there in a few years. After all doesnt everything eventually make that list?- Sweat plus sacrifice equals success. - Charlie Finley

Thanks for the compliment bro!, as far as oats go, I think steel cut oats are the way to go. They have slightly lower GI index and have a better texture IMO. I add cinnamon and splenda and it tastes so good. Only downside is they take alot longer to cook.
