    Amount of carbs and fat

So we know its not good to combine carbs and fats in the same meal, but unfortunately sometimes it is impossible to cut out one or the other 100%.
My question is this.......if you have fat in your pro/carb meal, or vice-versa, how much is too much?
Is there a magic number? Like if you have fat in you pro/carb meal it needs to be under a certain percentage of the carbs?

I usualy try to keep the unwanted macro to less than 10 grams. Not any rule given by moses. But thats what I keep in mind

Depends on GI aswell. I dont avoid eating beans to fatty meat for instance because of the ridicilously low gi of the carbs in beans.
