cutting questions
Just wondered what the general concensus is on a few things when cutting:
1-is dairy ok? like 2 cups skim milk with my pwo shake? and then cut out rest of milk throughout the day? i know most people say cottage cheese is good to eat. i dont mind cottage cheese but i prefer yogurt. so could i get away with eating a low/non fat yogurt instead of cottage cheese or does yogurt have too much sugar in it.
2-what about fruit? how much fruit is ok to eat in a day? i like to eat a banana pwo and sometimes with my lunch.
thats it for now...im planning on cutting in the spring and im just trying to get all my ducks in a row. im trying to ask questions as i think of them...thanks for the help guys.

Personally, my cutting diet consists of...
chicken and oats. and repeat.
I try to avoid sugar like the plague. I respond pretty negatively to it though; some people can deal with it just fine. So the dairy and fruit thing is just not for me, but you might be cool with it.

Milk is ok if you are not trying to shread right up . It does have sugar in it and WILL slow your progress down . Eventually you will have to cut it out , but in the mean time go ahead with aliitle milk in your diet .
Also drink your PWO shake with water as milk is hard to digest and will mess with the digestion of all the goodies in your shake .

And yogurt is not a substitute for cottage cheese . Throw some salsa into your cottage cheese it makes it taste awesome .
