Honey Roasted Peanuts
I have been using mixed nuts once or twice a day to supplement in between meals for their EFA properties. I have been using unsalted mixed nuts, but enjoy the taste of Honey roasted peanuts much better. The only difference between the two is the honey roasted has 5g sugar/serving, while the unsalted plain mixed have 1g/serving.
How bad would it be to just supplement the honey roasted peanuts? Am I going to get the same amount of EFA's from peanuts as I would from mixed nuts?

bad substitute, the reason they taste so good is because they are full of sugar and salt.
