    Bulking [cost affordable] suggestions !!

ok so im trying to bulk up seriously as i have a fast motab starting from next week as i go bak to my uni home.

The main problem i have is cost, im still a student so my budget is pritty tight and iv been reading though some of the "how to bulk" guides but some of the products will cost alot of money probably out of my price range.

my diet currently isnt spectacular so maby some of you can offer some advice [even if they are boring meals but will help me to bulk dosnt matter]:
    [ EDITTED ]

    meal 1
    2 cups of oats
    [11g protein / 1.5g fat / 56b carb]

    meal 2
2 baked potatos with can of tuna
    [33g protein / 10g fat / 53g carb]

    meal 3
    Beef mince with pasta
    [36g pro / 11g fat / 40g carb]

    meal 4
2 pieces of cod [batterd] with baked potato
    [32g pro / 14g fat / 37g carb]

    meal 5
2 rolls with can of tuna
    [24g pro / 8g fat / 1g carb]

    meal 6
chicken brest [with skin] with salad
    [51g pro / 28g fat / 5g carb]

    TOTALS
    [187g protein / 72.5g fat / 192g carb]

currently the above is pushing my budget because the steaks are expensive, also i have protein shakes now and then but im not great with milk so i might switch to water. Im also on creatine using the reccomended daily dosage.

Current weight is very low just under 150 lbs and my height is 6 ft.

    thanks

Replace the steak with chicken breasts. Should be cheaper.

2 cans of tuna is alot for 1 day. Try another source of protien because tuna is VERY high in mercury.

You don't have any protien in your first meal? Should add something to it.

You really should consider changing jobs, or doing something else to bring in some extra money, because you need to be able to offord more food than you have in your diet.

yep. tuna is very cheap protein.
Also, big bags of frozen chicken breasts are cheap.

rice and oats are also both cheap.

The big thing is to make sure your not getting all your groceries from a conventional grocery store.

Instead get it from a place like Costco or Food For Less.... i cut down my grocery bill alot after changing to Costco from Ralphs.

Also, I personally would lose the red meat altogether if money is tight. Just too expensive for the macros you're getting.

Im not sure what i can have for a morning meal that includes protein aswell.

yea i normally shop at tesco and stuff and have been buying the most expensive stuff so i cud go for the lower and jus check the content is good, i havent thought of oats before so i can look into that.

cfiler if i have chicken instead of steak i can probably add another meal on the list, not sure about the tuna thing though, i heard about the mercury thing i was on 3 cans a day but cut down to 2 now, maby i can switch the last tuna meal to chicken aswell not sure.

    i have about £30 - 40 a week to spare for food.

Also you say about rice i never thought that rice would have a big gain?

FaizakaFez thanks for that list i didnt realise some of them things were avlible for so cheap especialy the mince and tuna iv been spending way over that mmm think i might hav to start to change where i buy my foods from then and perhaps try to get hold of more bulk deals.

I normally only go to local small supermarkets so they dont really do deals and normally sell more expensive stuff.
