8 meals a day that should give a good gain without getting into the details of the calories of each meal u are taking.

Myself, I eat 2 big meals a day ( lots of beef, chicken and turkeys, sometimes catfish) and maybe some eggs/or bowl of oatmeal here and there especially in the mornings, the rest are drinks like grape, orange, shakes, or milk, and good to go for intensive one hour workout.

You have up to meal 8 posted but dont have meal 2, 3, or 7 on there!

    and 289g protein is 1156Cals
    387g carbs is 1***Cals
    47g fat is 423 Cals
    Thats 3127 Cals

Food Selection Looks good though! Did you steal it of the Official bulking thread? Is that where you got the pro/carb, pro/fat idea?

it all depends upon your stats...at your height and weight i dont think 3000cal will be sufficient for a bulk

Well I have a slow metabolism, so 3000 might actually be too much. But I will see after awhile. I will also add some flax oil and fish oil.

    Thanks.

I'd say not enough whole foods. These should be the meat + bones of your diet with the supps on top.

The layout is hard to read - are you sure you're not missing some info/meals in it?
