    Need cutting diet for friend

    Have a friend who needs a cutting diet. She is normally 135 - 140 pounds. She has been fighting cancer for the last 4 years and is now in remission. She has put on weight and desperately wants to lose it. Can you guys please help me with some sample diets? She is very depressed and I need to help her!

    There is a diet section on the board and a female section. You should do one of three things:
    1. Post her current diet so we can critique what she's doing now.
    2. Research a bit so you can help her with her diet rather than expecting a freebie.
    3. Hire a dietitian that will personalize everything for her to the tee.

    Like IB said; post her current diet so we can critique. If she doesn't have a diet, make one up yourself by following the link I gave you and post what you think would be suitable for her. Then we'll critique that as well. Good luck!

    She is only interested in losing weight at this point. She will do cardio 30-40 minutes per day.

    How about this diet?

    Meal 1: 2 eggwhites and 1/3 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2: Protein shake 25g and handfull of cashews or peanuts

    Meal 3: Veggies and 4oz chicken

    Meal 4 (PWO): Protein shake 25g

    Meal 5: Veggies, 4oz chicken, turkey or lean beef, and 1/3 cup brown rice

    Please critique

    List macros per meal and total macros/calories for the day.
