    32 oz. Gatorade for cutting?

In the latest issue of FLEX mag. (page 154 to be exact) a meal plan is proposed saying that it is good to consume a 32 oz gatorade for the purpose of spiking insulin levels POST-workout. Im trying right now to cut up for spring break beach trip and was wondering if this is the smartest thing for me seeing as there is alot of sugar in gatorade.

Also, anyone have an last minute tips on shredding up before walking the beach?

the sugar is the part that spikes your insulin levels, BUT there is much debate over wheter or not sugar[dextrose] is needed

some people substitute the sugar for oats

studies show that spiking your insulin pwo will not affect your body's ability to burn fat. As long as you've made adjustments with your carbs in other meals throught the day. If you belive in replensihing with simple carbs pwo with pro keep doing it you still get cut. If not dont worry bout it. BTW I read that in M u s c u l a r d e v e l o p m e n t and it was from a peer reviewed journal not what some author said.
