Make Eggs Taste Better?
Im not to fond of the taste of eggs. I dont hate it, but just dont care for it.
Anywho, my breakfast, gonna start with pasturized egg whites(scrambled), inside a whole wheat tortilla.
What would be good to throw in there as well, and get a good taste to it?
That actually makes me wanna eat it, and not force it down.

It all depends on how strict you want to be.
I use garlic herb, mustard, or light sprinkle cheese when cutting.

Desert Pepper hot sauce. A little pricey, but yummy. It's available here in Texas at most grocery stores.

I've posted this in another thread, but I have to keep spreading the word. There's a recipe somewhere in this forum for this:
2 cups egg whites
1 cup raw oats
splenda or sweet & low
cinnamon or nutmeg
Mix everything in a bowl very well. Put a frying pan on the stove, spray some pam in the pan. Pour the mixture in and cook it like a pancake. Best damn way ever to eat eggs in my opinon.

Cook a couple ounces of 96% lean ground beef in the pan first, and then scramble the eggs in with it. THen top it off with salsa, and if you want some carb throw it in a whole wheat tortilla for a breakfast burrito. I personally don't use breads in my diet though.

majorpecs is dead on... I do those every other day.. usually throw in some vanilla extract (real small amount) or a bit of calorie free maple syrup. mmmmmm. (i've heard cottage cheese and vanilla protein powder as possible other things to play with on these)

I followed the recipe except didnt add splenda or sweet&low. I may of added too much nutmeg....was kinda strong.
It was interesting, pretty similar to a pancake.....needed something tho....maybe the sweet&low. Was good none the less.
