Are you cutting, bulking, or maintaining? How does the rest of your diet look? Are you trimming the fat portion off or keeping it on as a fat source? How are you preparing it? 10 ounces of rump steak would have over 35g of fat on it by the way.

80 grams of protein is to much in one serving aint it. Do you think i should cut it down to a smaller serving size or keep it at 10 oz.

It's about half that amount of fat if you're cutting the layer of fat that usually surrounds a rump. If you don't have that layer of fat on it, the butcher already removed it so I would say 10 ounces would be around 16-18 grams of fat.

The protein is a hard one... Its between 70-80grams of protein per/10 oz... It's debatable on how protein the body can process at one time. It almost sounds like 5 ounces would be a lot better so you wouldn't even have to worry about if you're eating too much protein. Also, your meal after workout should be a quick pro/carb meal. Most people on here will suggest a protein shake with dextrose or oats.

steak shrinks when it cooks dont it would i have to weigh it at more than 5 grams so when cooked it is 5 or just weigh it as 5 grams and cook it.

cut it into 2 and make it 2 meals.
where you even the protein intake and not so much fat at one serving.

Word. That's what I suggested, too. Just eat a 5oz portion per meal rather than 10oz.
