    Question Tell me what you think

    25, 5ft10, 192, 11%BF
    Goal: Is to get up to 205-210.
    Cycles 1 about to start my 2nd once I get everyhing lined up.

    am i seeing this correctly.. 600 grams of carbs? if so you need to drop that number

    I also noted you have no real protein source at breakfast, both snacks your eating fruits with no protein your before bed meal has no protein source in it again..

    Poor diet. More protein, less carbs. Different food choices. List the diet in a post with macro totals for each meal and you'll get a better critic.

    Best option is to just scrap that. Forget the stickies IMO its to vague for someone without a good understanding. Check this out, Sample diets by BD (Lean bulking + cutting)

    Good luck, if possible, only thing I would change to that link above is less protein powder, more whole foods. But either way, you will get swole.

    1. Breakfast.

    Do 7 egg whites + 1 whole + 1scoop of pro.
    Ditch bagel
    Double oatmeal

    2. Snack.
    GET RID OF IT. To much simple carbs not enough protein Could do Yogurt with bagel from am with 2 scoops of pro.

    3. Lunch
    Add another chicken breast
    add veggie like broccllii

    4. Snack,
    Get rid of the pudding, fig newtons and just eat mixed nuts

    5.Snack after dinner
    No more carbs at this time
    Add Cottage chese and shake before bed

    overall you should be putting down 300+ grams for pro

    You would gain size on your diet but would lead to higher bf% I used to eat like this and since I turned 25 cant do it anymore.
