Well I know my diet and I am strict but I am sure I should change it.

I also am thinking of adding Clen instead of the caffine yohimbe stuff, I have read alot on here about Clen, but I also see on AR-R , Clen and T-3 combo, what does this do? Point me to thread please (I cant find one that discusses both).. Should I even start either one yet?

    OK guys lemme have it!!!

You really have to work on the diet. It revolves around protein powder which is not good, try to achieve similar macros but with actual food. You will feel better and your results will be better as well. Try to derive you macros from, Chicken/Fish/Beef/Eggs and Oats/Rice/WW pasta/bread and so on and ease up on the supps.

So you think my macros are good for cutting?

    Am I depriving too much?

What about Clen or should I wait?

The numbers seem to be in the vicinity of you needed amounts but it's from where you extract them that isnt good. In layman's terms: You need to eat more real food versus protien shakes.

As far as then Clen , I've never used it but Id wait and see the results one can get via altering your diet................at least to start with.

Haha "At least to start with." patience is a virtue ..... That I sometimes dont have....

The way I read it on here, the risks of me adding Clen arent really all that great... I agree natural is the way to go, however.... the sooner I cut to say 12 or 15% BF the sooner I can start this cycle I am sitting on.... lol... I realize befor I start my cycle my diet needs to be spot on and thus this thread was started...

Now given all of these facts, today I packed an igloo cooler to go to work, and didnt have a shake, I kind of liked chewing all of my food today. Not as convienent, but ...

Is there anything else I should change?

And what would be, if any, the ramifications of me starting Clen? T3?

Meal one, drop the shake and add eggs. Also, drop the anpb and efa. Make it a pro/carb meal. Meal two, add you efa's and anpb there making it a pro/fat meal. Meal three, add pro and carbs to preworkout. Maybe take you shake here. Meal four add carbs. Meal five and six aren't too bad. Def try to get more veggies in there though out the whole day. Hope this helped. .
