Special K Diet
Everyday I hear people talking about this stupid, useless diet, and I try to guide them to a much better diet, and yet I get looked at as a person who knows nothing.. I'm sorry for ranting but this Special K Diet is so stupid it pisses me off!

That is what happens when capitalistic corporations are percieved as health advocates. It reeks conflict of interest. Nonetheless its not like its horrendous, might be suitable for the gullible, sedentary and those who dont know any better. Looking for a soultion in a box, that requires little input.

Better than the Taco Bell/KFC diet that many people seem to be on.
