    food seasoning

What do you guys use to season your chicken and fish. I grill most of mine.

I have tried Mrs. Dash grilling (horrible)
McCormick Montreal Chicken (great but tons of Salt)
McCormick Montreal Chicken Salt free(still not bad, but the regular Monterrey spoiled me)

I want to lean out and I can't stand the plain taste. Any recommendations?

Garlic, veggies, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, lemon, lime, olive oil, onion powder, celery salt, dill, cilantro, parsley...etc. Open up that spice drawer! Also, if you like the regular Montreal seasoning better, use it! Just make sure your water intake is high and you shouldn't worry too much about your sodium intake throughout the day unless it gets outrageous.

i got a good way to cook chicken. Put chucken in a somewhat deep baking pan. Fill it up with chicken broth till the breasts are half-submerged in it. then cover the tops of the breasts in cajun spice (can buy in your grocerystores bulk spices section), onion powder, and black pepper...mmmMMmmmMM

yup. I use hot sauce on everything. Mostly on eggs though. Although thats not very uncommon. I use brown mustard for chicken too.

How much sodium does broth have (if any). I have to watch salt content, high bp.
