Milk is a very bad product, imo, unless you like that soft puffy look.

    2.5 protein shake 12.00pm
50g dextrose why? Is this PWO?
Replace shake with 6oz choice of lean meat (tuna, chicken, etc)

    WW Pasta 90g 12.45pm
    50g cheese
    Total 712 58.12 98.5 9.45 inc shake
Where is the protein? In the cheese? Replace with lean meat

    Chicken 4oz 3.00pm
    Wholemeal bread 2
    WW Pasta 60g
    Oil 1/2 tbsp
    Total 534 46.2 61.2 11.6
You like mixing carbs and fats? I dont, but to each their own. Id drop the bread for starters

    Protein shake 6.00pm
    50g oats
    500ml SS milk
    Oil 1/2 tbsp
    Total 516 32 55.9 20.35
Replace milk with water and shake with meat.

    Egg whites 4 8.30pm
    Egg yolk 2
    Protein bar
    1/2 tin of tuna
    Total 396 48 20.4 13.6
All protein meal? Drop the protein bar, those are crap.

    Chicken 4oz 10.30pm
    Total 146 32 0 2.2

    100g cottage cheese 12.30am
    1 tsp peanut butter
    Total 168 cal

Bro, your diet needs a lot of work. You have more carbs than protein. Way too many simple sugars. You're going to get fat. Id have either a protein/fat meal or a protein/carb meal. Where are your veggies? These are vital to any real diet. Dont take shortcuts like protein bars and shakes, keep your food choices to clean, unprocessed foods. Bottom line, you need more protein.

I'd have to agree with everything Johnny stated except that milk is a horrible source of calories.
Everyone will respond to it differently, I can use it quite effectively while lean bulking and stay hard and vascular.

^^^^Id have to agree on the milk issue, he is 148lbs at 11% he can afford it. It all ***ends how the consumption fits into the rest of the diet. I have no problems consuming a glass or two. ASVT that remark is not to be scurillous

Try keeping your meals as PRO/CARBS or PRO/FAT. You need PRO/CARBS mostly preWO, PWO and breakfast
Nothing is bad about WW bread, just dont eat to many carbs in one meal.
What I meant by scurillous is that I didnt want you to take my comment as being offensive or an insult b/c that was not the objective.

I personally don't have a problem mixing carbs + fats but other I've seen with slower metabolisms do.

It really comes down to your portion sizes/meal timing/food choices and total caloric intake, not how you mix and match your macros. JMO.

This guy is 140lbs with pretty decent bodyfat, I'd say mixing macros is the least of his worries if he can choose his foods wisely.
