    A good Test E cycle diet? Any suggestions?

    Hey guys!

    just wondering what would be a pretty good diet while on a Test E cycle (10weeks, 500mg a week)?

    what would be the key things i should be looking for when its time to eat?

    more protein? more carbs? more calories? what would be best when on this cycle?

    uhhhh? u sure you reading to inject hormones into you yet? Because if you dont have a hold on diet, steroids should be the last thing on your mind.

    im already on week2 of cycle for 10weeks. i posted what i was eating but people said that wasnt good at all

    can u guys maybe help me out a bit?

    Dam man, why would you start a cycle if you diet is not prepared? with over 300 posts how have you not stumbled onto the Educational forums...thats where u should be at right now--and the diet forums..

    im sorry, i didnt think my diet was bad at all. People say eat alot all the time! and thats wat i do

    what kinda food should i be eating then? this is what i eat during the week

    Protein Shakes (Chocolate)
    Grilled chicken with barbecue sauce and rice with salad
    Soup consiting of plantains and potatoes with beef
    Beef stew consiting of potatoes, beef and rice
    Salads of ALL types of vegetables (spinach, carrots, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cabage, avacado)
    Chili from wendys
    Baked potatoes from wendys or Big daddy BBQ
    Chicken sandwiches GRILLED from either Mc. D or Wendys
    Shrimp Cocktails
    Shredded beef with rice and black beans
    Pork chunks fried with vegetable sauce and rice
    Top Ramin soup 3 minute instant when im in a hurry
    Twix, Babe Ruths, Raisenets, 3 Musketeers, or chocolate chips cookies
    Subways meals of the day


    etc... etc... i dont know, i eat like any normal person, but i eat ALOT!!!

    can anyone help me on some things please? should i eat alot of fish? should i drop the Beef? More chicken? Not so much salads? pick up more on the sweets? i dont know

    Ummmm NO.

    The foods u lined up have no organization, the key things are that you eat out probably too much, and dont get enough good clean food in. in order for Anyone to help you or critique your diet you need to organize it in a meal fashion..ie meal 1 , meal 2....

    "Normal people" dont use steroids ...so if you are going to use them why not make the best out of it and improve that AWFUL AWFUL diet you have goin...

    No, sorry thats now what you do. I read your diet. You said you have three meals a day...so you aneither eat a lot nor all the time. Your diet was exactly what you said, that of a normal person. Yet you are trying to gain muscle and you are using steroids . Eating like a normal person is not gonna help you with your goals...and eating like a normal person is not a lot and all the time so you are contradicting yourself.

    No one here is going to write out an exact diet for you. We dont know your stats at all so first of all its near impossible, second of all no one has time for that. Go look at the stickies and get a good idea of what you should be eating and then make up a diet for yourself and we can help you make it better.

    so then should i buy some cyto gainer and drink that 4times a day? that should give me the protien and calories im need correct?

    what can i eat on my regular day? im not at home, so i cant cook my own meals, and i dont wanan eat Mc.D and Jack in the box and all those fast food rest., what would u guys recommend?

    You should try to eat 6 meals a day

    meal 1
    Oats/Whey

    Meal 2
    Steak rice

    Meal 3
    Chicken / yams

    Meal 4 pwo
    2 sccops whey
    2 pieces of fruit

    meal 5
    beef and rice

    meal 6
    ccheese
    and PB

    This is just of the top of my head..
