I just purchased a tub of choc mint cytogainer and a tub of muscle milk light.......cant wait to try....I'll keep you posted. But everyone is right, this is only 1/2 the equation.

Good stuff! JUST HOPING cyto will KEEP ME LEAN......dont want to take in some garbage product, but you know me...I have researched them all........ingredient profile is awesome.....plus it's very low sugar.....some of these gainers (after 3 weeks of research, lol - I'm nuts) have over 100g of FRIGGN SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!

anyways, Bino- i called the saturated fats in Muscle Milk nasty because i don't take in saturated fats in my shakes. I find ways to sub them into my diet....So sorry if i "offended" you by calling muscle milk's sat. fats "nasty"..... There are many things in life that offend me, that just wouldn't be one of them. But if it offends you (which it clearly does) that i think the sat. fats in MM are "nasty", then my DEEPEST SINCEREST APPOLOGIES.... lol

I happen to be one of the people you are talking about. I have lurked this site for 3 years now and know exactly what you mean. I only recently joined to ask a few questions of my own. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.... i meant i didn't like MM due to the sat. fats because that's honestly what i use my shakes for, PWO, or at least for the most part. Anyways, good luck Colombus... hope you achieve your goal and find what works best for you. I personally prefer Cyto though

Went to buy my cyto and spoke with the dude working at the nut. store. Tall kid, thin, etc. Played dumb and asked him his opinion "Cyto is by far my favorite!" How were your gains? Good, although you will alway gain chub using a mass shake, no matter what you do (as he grabs a roll from his waste).....well, what flavor? Always vanialla, I tried choc mint (which i bought over the net, not hear yet) and he said it was waaayyy too strong, had to mix it with vanilla......now that sounds good! But, i made no purchase......maybe this weekend if mine doesnt come in today.....thoughts?
