Interesting thing that's happened to me trying to gain mass...
I finally gave up trying to gain mass as I was getting no where. My friend suggested that I worked with what I had and just tried to get very tone. Well I have being doing this kind of workout and now I have gained 7 lbs of muscle! I wasn't able to gain mass before this TRYING to gain mass so I finally give up and look what happens? I gain mass! I'm excited!

Thank you! The diet I had alone wasn't doing much so I started to simply try to tone up however I added some supplements (weight gainer, protein shakes, creatine) and I guess my body can't gain without supplements.

but if it works dont fix it, right?
Im kinda similar, I found the harder I tried to stay on a strict diet and lifting program the faster I got burned out.
now I eat what I want within reason, and squeeze in cardio whenever I can and ive changed my physique quite abit in the last 5 weeks.
