what would you do in this situation
i don't know about you, but i am one of the lucky people to have a job!
i get up at 5am , leave the house at 5.30 and start work at 6.
i get a 15 minute break at 7 , then i have a 30 minute break at 9.
i get no more breaks , but i finish work at 2pm.
how would you lads work out your meals within that time frame.
i am finding it quite dificult, any ideas?

i would preprepare my food the previous day and take it to work with you eat a good breakfast on your breaks whan you get off etc

have breakfast when you wake up.
have meal on your break and another on the 30 minute break.
and a shake before 2pm.
maybe like at 11:30 or 12
with a bannana or something.
really it all ***ends what you are trying do.
cutting,bulking or you dont care.

that's easy.... you still have from 2-9 or 10 to cram 4 meals down....
