    YooHoo or Oats PWO Shake!!!!!!!

I know that you are suposed to take in a ratio of 2:1 (carb/pro) for pwo shake, and i was wondering if it would be better to drink a yoohoo with whey or just plain oats. Ive done research and many people say to take simple carbs like gatorade, but wouldnt a yoohooo be the same? It hsa no milk, its juust water and chocalate syrup. let me know which pwo is better. All advice is welcomed. Thanx

    43g whey, 1 bannana, 1/2 cup oats (43g pro/82g carb)

    43g whey, i bannana, 1 yoohoo (43g pro/ 80g carb)

It all d e pends on the person on their goal(s). Experiment with different things and see what works best for you. I've had success with using both type of carbs pwo as well as others here.

    PS - How come d e p e n d s gets censored?

This is not true at all. There is no magic ratio, I would never take in that much after a workout.

Would 7 oz. of tuna, an egg, and a cup of brown rice be a decent PWO meal?

Says who? Random people parroting on the internet boards? Dont listen to that crap.

Work it into your total macro intake for the day. If you are cutting you should be counting kcals so it will be a piece of cake to figure out. Plus, whole food should be your major if not only source of nutrition while cutting imo. So figure out macros and figure out your shake based on that.

Impossible to tell given that you provided ZERO info about yourself. First of all make your own thread. Secondly how can anyone know if thats a good meal for you considering we dont know your goals, dont know your height, weight, bf% or anything else.
