Im going to make cottage cheese ur favorite food right now.

YOU MUST GET THE WHIPPED KIND, OR THE SALT FREE FRIENDSHIP BRAND! That is first order of business.

Next, mix it with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.

Add some splenda and cinammon and if you want add a bit of sugar free maple syrup, stir and enjoy. The best nightime meal ever!

Sautee your strawberries in splenda, let them juice up and throw it in the fat free cottage cheese and that is the best snack ever....Almost like strawberries and cool whip....

    I just had a perverted thought...nonetheless.

I make a bedtime shake with eggwhites, cottage cheese, splenda, natural PB and some fat free, sugar free chocolate jello. Tastes amazing.

    Salt and pepper for me.

You could use another source of nutrition to replace your cottage cheese as well.
