    Question flax seed oil to go

    anyone have any suggestions on how u would take just a couple servings of flax seed oil with you on the road if u couldnt be at home to take it?
    I'll be taking home inspection classes all week from 7am-6pm and i wanna be able to stick to my diet. also, dont suggest the capsule form please, im not tryin to swallow 14 pills 2x a day for a week unless i have to.

    Inject it into an orange...jk. How big is the bottle? Too big to leave in the car and pour your servings on a lunch break?

    well flax seed oil ment to stay cool.
    so you will have to workout a way to keep it cool.

    but why do that?
    take with you bag of almonds or peanuts.
    eat some of that.
    or make your meal in container and throw some olive oil on it .
    or throw some avocado in one of your meals.

    your still getting your fats in it..

    ya the bottle is huge 32 oz, and i dont wanna risk it goin bad in the car, id rather bring a little bit but i was just seein if anyone had ever had to do the same and had any suggestions on bringin it with em. so if i sub the almonds in for flax will i basically be getting the same EFA's? i knew almonds were a good source but im kinda anal and wanted to make sure im gettin enough of em in
